Harry

Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is a British musician and a singer. Harry Styles was one of the original members of One Direction. He was born in Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England on February 1, 1994, Harry Styles is the son Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles studied at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School in which he started his own musical band with 3 schoolmates, which he identified as the White Eskimo. The group was part of the Battle of Bands where thanks to their excellent presentations they were winners. In spite of always having an interest in music as well, he was also interested in becoming either a physiotherapist or lawyer. To help support his loved ones, he spent some time as a part-time worker at a local bakery. Harry Styles was selected for The X Factor 2010 audition in which he performed Stevie Wonder's song Is not She Lovely. The group was then forced to break up due to the fact that they were selected. Following the audition on The X Factor the jury Nicole Scherzinger suggested that Harry Styles would be part of the group that was to be dubbed One Direction along with Liam Payne Zayn Malik Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored the young group in 2010. The group performed hits like My Life Would Suffer Without You which was written by Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the contest. They were one of the favorite groups for the top prize. However they were placed third behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles' group didn't be victorious, but Cowell still paid 2 million pounds to One Direction for them to make a deal with Syco.
